Samantha Blank, LMFT, Co-owner

 Ms. Blank is passionate when it comes to her work with children and families. She earned her Bachelor’s of Art degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge, graduating with honors. Ms. Blank is a practicing Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in childhood and teen behavioral issues, and possesses expertise in trauma work with survivors of sexual assault and child abuse.  Throughout her extensive work history in and out of multiple school settings, including the Los Angeles Unified School District, Burbank Unified School District, and a number of private schools and community organizations, it has become clear to Ms. Blank that children and teens desperately need social skills training.  While developing and running programs designed to promote successful, socially competent children and teens, she has seen first-hand the direct link between personal success and social competency. 

Kathy Zotnowski, LMFT, Co-Owner

 With a varied background in film and television production, fundraising, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing and psychology, Ms. Zotnowski brings a wealth of experience to Social Coaching Club, Inc. As a therapist, she specializes in stress reduction practices working extensively with adult and child survivors of sexual assault and assisting those in crisis and with trauma.  She has spent years investigating the mind-body-spirit connection and uses a wholistic therapeutic approach that draws from several practitioners and theorists, especially Carl Jung, Carl Rogers and Jon Kabat-Zinn.  Ms. Zotnowski is also a certified mediator and has worked with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. She holds degrees with honors from both The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and California State University Northridge.
