Growth is rarely linear. To live a life that is meaningful takes courage, persistence, and insight. I am guided by these principles as I walk with my clients toward what it is they truly value. 

My mission is to help adolescents and young adults enrolled in school, find more happiness and satisfaction in their social, emotional, and educational lives.

I use an integrative approach to counseling that incorporates all aspects of a client’s wellness when working to reduce stress and anxiety, cultivate supportive relationships, and achieve educational goals.
